General Questions
What are the minimum requirements to apply?
Bachelor’s Degree or above in any discipline.
QTS/PGCE/iPGCE/TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or a valid State/Provincial Teaching License.
Two years ESL teaching experience. Experience teaching children is an advantage.
Native English speaker with a neutral accent.
A computer – Only laptops or desktop computers are accepted.

What are the minimum technical requirements?
A laptop or desktop computers. Other devices such as phones and tablets are not accepted.
A HD (720p or higher) built-in webcam or an external one.
A wired headset with a microphone (noise-cancelling would be an advantage to your teaching).
CPU – an Intel core i5 or equivalent Benchmark score of 3500. If you’re not sure you can use Cinebench to check. Visit https://www.maxon.net/en/cinebench
A wired, stable internet connection with an upload and download speed of 20 Mbps. In order to check, please use www.speedtest.net
4Gb of RAM, Windows 7 or MacOS X10.12 or higher.
What is the application process?
If successful, you will receive a detailed e-mail of the requirements of each stage.

You will be invited to attend an interview, document check and to teach a short mock lesson.

You will receive an invitation to attend a induction, onboarding and orientation meeting.
